Using an Apartment Investment Case Study, the student will learn how to use MS Excel applications for the CCIM cash flow analysis and alternative sales analysis forms, and how to apply these same Excel formulas to create customized solutions to any Commercial Real Estate problem. Bob Ward, CCIM, is the “Dean” of the CCIM instructor cadre, and author of many of the CCIM courses. He is a past President of the CCIM Institute and a recipient of the Florida CCIM Chapter’s prestigious Hank Thompson Award. The Ward Center for Real Estate Studies is named for him and additional courses are offered through the Center.
